Had an amazing Christmas experience with my family! The location was just perfect with breathtaking views and a convenient distance to nearby attractions. We loved the warm hospitality of the staff who were always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The best part was the delicious food that was served, especially the special Christmas menu and the dessert section, which was a hit among all of us!
The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was not reliable and often disconnected, which was a bit frustrating. the lighting in the rooms could have been better, as it was too dim in some areas.

Had a nice time during our Christmas vacation; great service and amazing greenery made our stay even better. the location was perfect since it was near public transportation, and we enjoyed exploring the area. We particularly liked the cleanliness of the swimming pool and the supportive staff. the air conditioning was fantastic during the hot days.
Although we had a good experience, there were a few downsides. the food options could have been more flexible, and the lunch buffet seemed too expensive for what was offered.

We had an okay experience at this resort. the swimming pool is nice and the air conditioning worked well. the staff was supportive and the premises were clean. the rooms were too small and congested, not like what was shown in the pictures. the lighting in the room was also very dim. the food timings and buffet-only lunch were disappointing. the prices were too high for what we received. We expected a bit more from this resort, but it was an okay stay overall.

We loved the peaceful surroundings, the greenery and the well-maintained premises. The hotel staff was supportive and provided great service. Additionally, the swimming pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the privacy it provided. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
